Human Resources deparments can accumulate tons of CVs in paper. These are CVs coming through the door or just are CVs that we use to print before interviwing someone. People use to file these CVs that rarely are checked back. And of course, we rarely check back these CVs because there is too many of them :-)

These hundreds or thousands of CVs have also some value. They represent people that at some stage of their lives have put their hopes in our company. People that perhaps we have called, telling them that we would consider their application to forthcoming job openings but we could never call back because their information was never entered into the IT system.

Jobsket ATS makes now much easier to recover all that information. How? Our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) module allows you to capture and digitalise any CV available on paper.

You will only have to scan those CVs and Jobsket ATS will automatically recognize the information within that CV.

After you have scanned some of your CVs you can leverage Jobsket ATS' information extraction tools to automatically create a mailing list containing the emails of all that people that were sitting on your files. Once you've got your mailing list you will only have to ask them to send you an updated copy of their CV. Furthermore, candidates probably they will appreciate an email from your company as it demonstrates that you still remind when they contacted you.

You never know. Perhaps the right candidate may be hidding within the tons of paper that you still got filed.
