Update Handling

CV updates handling is one of the most complex and costly processes in which a human resources deparment can incur in.

Handling CV updates without Jobsket ATS

A traditional CV updates handling process could be as follows:

      1. Download a CV from your email or a job board into your system.
      2. Open the CV.
      3. Read the CV and find out who is sending it. Try to remember whether that CV was already on the system or not.
      4. If we have a CVs database, then search the database to find that CV.
      5. If the CV exists then check whether is a CV update or a duplicate or obsolete CV. Find out which data has been modified.
      6. For all the data that has been modified, update the profile of that user.

As you may already know, it is a long and tedious process. A process also quite far from the work that any human resources professional should be doing.

Handling CV updates with Jobsket ATS

With Jobsket ATS the process is quite easier:

      1. Jobsket ATS automatically updates the profile of the candidate.
      2. Jobsket ATS sends you an email with the result of the operation (CV updated, new CV).

So, with Jobsket ATS everything is much simpler. Our system automatically checks the data of the CV and the person's contact details to check whether a record is already on the system or not.

If the system finds that it needs to perform and update, then Jobsket ATS updates the physical CV and generates new tags matching the new knowledge and experience that this person may have acquired. All the previous information is still kept into your system as well as any custom tags or comments that you may have added.

Once the process has finished up, an email is sent to the recruiter notifying about any changes on the CV or whether a new CV has been received.
